Return Policy for Preggies
At Preggies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your maternity wear. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and customized items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please email us at preggiesapparel@gmail.com.
- You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or an error occurred with the order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Preggies is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at preggiesapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
