Welcome to Preggies! We’re dedicated to delivering your maternity wear quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

 

 

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking email once your order is shipped.

  • Processing may take slightly longer during sale periods or holidays.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (in select cities): 1–2 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

 

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–28 business days (varies by destination)

  • International shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Pakistan: TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P

  • International: DHL, Aramex, FedEx

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply. Preggies is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • The customer’s failure to collect the parcel,

You will be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at preggiesapparel@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Photos of the packaging or damaged items.

We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
